Öğretmenlerin Drama Yöntemine Yönelik Görüşleri ve Öz Yeterlik Düzeyleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin drama yöntemine ilişkin görüşleri ve öz yeterlik düzeyleri çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmiştir. Araştırmada karma yaklaşım esas alınmıştır. Araştırmada nicel desene uygun ilişkisel tarama yöntemi ile nitel desene uygun olgu bilim yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin drama yöntemini kullanmaya ilişkin öz yeterlik düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin branş öğretmenlerine, bayan öğretmenlerinde erkek öğretmenlere göre daha yüksek öz yeterliğe sahip oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin drama yöntemini kullanmaya ilişkin öz yeterlik düzeylerinde hizmet süreleri ve yaşlarına göre anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı, drama yöntemi ile ilgili bir eğitim verilmesi halinde büyük oranda katılmaya istekli oldukları belirlenmiştir.

In this study, teachers' opinions regarding the method of drama and self-efficacy levels were analyzed according to several variables. Research is based on the hybrid approach. In the research, correlational survey method related to the quantitive study and phenomenocal method related to the qualitive study have been used. The data obtained in this study with descriptive analysis were analyzed. In the study, it has been obtained that the teachers have high level of self-efficiency on using the drama method. The class teachers have higher self efficiency level than the teachers of other disciplines. It has also been seen that female teachers have higher level of self-efficiency than the males. There has been no significant difference on using the drama method related to their experience and age. It has been mentioned by the teachers that they will be eager to participate the drama education if it is given in the future.
