SÂMİHA AYVERDİ’NİN “ATEŞ AĞACI” ROMANINDA KARAKTERİZASYON TEKNİKLERİ

Abstract

Anlatı boyunca farklı işlevlere sahip olan şahısların, okura tanıtımı birtakım teknikler sayesinde gerçekleşmektedir. Bir eserde şahıs unsurunun sadece tasvirle durağan bir şekilde anlatılmayarak eylem ve hareketlere de yer verilmesi ile karakterlerin daha canlı sunulmasına olanak sağlanır. Sâmiha Ayverdi’nin romanlarında şahısların kişilik değişimi önemli bir yer teşkil ettiği için yazar şahıs sunumuna ayrı bir özen gösterir. Yazar yalnızca birer tip değil karakter oluşturmada da oldukça başarılıdır. Şahıslarını karakterize ederken hem modern hem de geleneksel tekniklerden faydalanır. Onun romanlarında şahısların sadece dış görüntü tasviri değil ayrıntılı psikoloji sunumu da yapılır. Bunun için ruhsal yapının sunumunda iç monolog, iç çözümleme, bilinç akımı gibi modern tekniklere yer verilir. Çalışmamıza konu olan Sâmiha Ayverdi’nin söz konusu romanında, eserden örnekler de verilerek şahısların sunumunda başvurulan teknikler, dolayısıyla karakterizasyon ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

Throughout the narrative, people with different functions are introduced to the reader through a number of techniques. In a work, the individual element is not only described in a static way by depiction, but also includes the actions and movements, allowing the characters to be presented more vividly. In Sâmiha Ayverdi's novels,personality change constitutes an important place,so the author pays special attention to the presentation of the person. The author is very successful not only in creating persons but also in creating characters. She uses both modern and traditional techniques in characterizing its individuals. In her novels, not only the external image depiction of individuals but also detailed psychology presentations are made. For this purpose, modern techniques such as internal monologue, internal analysis and stream of consciousness are included in the presentation of the spiritual structure. In the novel of Sâmiha Ayverdi, which is the subject of our study, by giving examples from the work, the techniques and characterization applied in the presentation of the individuals were tried to be put forward.
