İRAN’DA PROTESTO KÜLTÜRÜNÜN ORTAYA ÇIKIŞI: İSLÂM DEVRİMİ’NE KADAR TARİHTEN BAZI KESİTLER

Abstract

Protesto, insan gruplarının bir ülkede belirli bir amaç etrafında mevcut siyasi idarenin idari, dini, içtimai, iktisadi ve mesleki uygulamalarına itiraz ederek değişmesi için topluluklar halinde toplanmasıdır. İran tarihinde geçmişten günümüze çeşitli dönemlerde bu türden hareketlere rastlamak mümkündür. Ahameniş döneminde II. Ardeşir’in uygulamalarına karşı çıkan Anadolu satraplarının sebep olduğu protestolar, Elamlıların I. Darius’a karşı isyanları, Selevkos kralı II. Ardavan döneminde yedi yıl süren isyanlar, Sasanilerin Eşkanilere karşı siyasi içerikli isyanları, Sasani döneminde Hristiyan Ermenilerin isyanları, Behram Çupin isyanları önemli hadiseler olarak tarihe geçmiştir. İslami dönemde toprak derebeylerine ve Emevi uygulamalarına karşı meydana gelen isyanlar, Selçuklu döneminde Kirman olayları, Safeviler döneminde merkezi idareye karşı Kızılbaş isyanları, Kaçar döneminde Reuter ve Talbut gibi İngiliz sermayedarlara verilen imtiyazlara karşı yapılan itirazlar ve isyanları saymak da mümkündür. Çalışmamızın amacı, protestonun ortaya çıkışını sağlayan sebepleri ve tarihte İran toplumunda görülen protestoların tarihi süreç içerisindeki kesitlerinden örnekler vererek ortaya koymaktır. İran’ın ilkçağlarından Kaçar idaresinin sonlarına kadar olan zaman diliminde önemli olanlarını yazılı kaynaklar çerçevesinde ortaya koymaya çalıştık.

Protest is the gathering of groups of people in communities around a certain purpose in a country to object to the administrative, religious, social, economic and professional practices of the current political administration and change them. It is possible to encounter such movements in various periods in Iranian history from past to present. During the Achaemenid period II. The protests caused by the Anatolian satraps who opposed Ardashir's practices, the rebellions of the Elamites against Darius I, the Seleucid king II. The rebellions that lasted for seven years during the Ardavan period, the politically motivated rebellions of the Sassanids against the Ashkanids, the rebellions of the Christian Armenians during the Sassanid period, and the Bahram Chupin rebellions have gone down in history as important events. It is also possible to list the rebellions against land lords and Umayyad practices during the Islamic period, the Kirman events during the Seljuk period, the Kızılbaş rebellions against the central administration during the Safavid period, and the objections and rebellions against the privileges given to British capitalists such as Reuter and Talbut during the Qajar period. The aim of our study is to reveal the reasons that led to the emergence of the protest and to give examples of the protests that were frequently seen in Iranian society throughout history. In our study, we tried to explain the important things from the early ages of Iran to the end of the Qajar rule.
