CUMHURİYET DÖNEMİNDE MUHACİRLERİN İSKÂNINDA YAŞANAN SIKINTILAR

Abstract

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin ilânından 1960 yılına kadar Yunanistan, Bulgaristan, Yugoslavya ve diğer ülkelerden Türkiye’ye göç ve iltica olayları yaşanmıştır. Bunların hangi gerekçelerle Türkiye’ye gelmek zorunda kaldıkları, sayıları ile ilgili rakamlar ve Türkiye’de yaşadıkları problemler ile ülkeye olan katkıları araştırılacaktır. Konu ile ilgili yayınlanmış eserlerden alacağımız bilgilerin yanında Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi genel kurulunda yapılan konuşmalardaki bilgiler esas alınacaktır. Göçmen akınlarının hangi vilâyetlere yönlendirildiği, bunlar için yapılan evler, çiftçi göçmenlere toprak dağıtımı, sanatkâr göçmenlere kredi desteği gibi pek çok konuya temas edilecektir. TBMM Zabıt Ceridesi’nden 1923-1960 yıllarına ait bütçe müzakerelerindeki ifadeler ışığı altında konu aydınlatılmaya çalışılacaktır.

From the decleration of Turkish Republic to 1960, there was an immigration and accepting refugees to Turkey from Greece, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia and other countries.The reasons why they had to move to Turkey, their numbers, the problems that they encountered in Turkey and their contribution to the country will be investigated. Besides the articles published about the topic, the knowledge obtained from the speeches given in the Turkish Grand Assembly will be taken into consideration. Many subtitles will be explained in the research such as which cities they were led to, the houses built for them, the land distributed to them and the credit support for the craftsman emigrants. The topic will be explained in detail related to the statements taken from the 1923-1960 Budget discussions published in Turkish Grand Assembly reports.
