Cumhuriyet Dönemi Siyasal Bilinç Oluşturma Çabalarının Temelleri (1923-1950)

Abstract

Siyasal toplumlaşma kavramı yalnızca bir tarihi dönemi kapsayan sosyal gelişme mi yoksa tarihin belirli dönemlerinde kendiliğinden meydana gelen olgu mudur sorusu akla gelebilir. Toplum bilimi ortaya koyduğu araştırmalarda tarihin her dönemlerinde politik kültürün oluştuğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışma Cumhuriyetin ilk dönemlerinden çok partili sisteme geçiş döneminde siyasal toplumlaşma bilincinin oluşturulması süreci ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Geleneksel toplum yapısından siyasal toplumlaşmaya geçiş dönemleri ele alınmıştır. Kendi bütünlüğü içinde toplumsal yapının karmaşıklığı yanında toplumun kendi içinde gelişen güçlü bir dinamizmin olduğu görülür. Toplumun kendi inanç yapısı içinde gelişen değer yargıları ve davranış biçimlerinin benimsenmesinde birey ve toplum etkileşimi oldukça iç içedir. Birçok ilişkileri içinde barındıran toplumlaşma, toplum bilimciler arasında da farklı görüş ayrılıklarına neden olmuştur. Genel tanımlamayla toplumlaşma, bireyin olumlu olumsuz davranışların benimsenmesi ile ilişkili olduğu gözlenmiştir. Aynı zamanda toplumda bireyin toplum içindeki statüsünü belirleyen bir işlev vazifesi görmüştür. Farklı ilişkiler içinde toplum ile bireyin uyumu ancak üstün bir kültürel yapı içinde gelişme gösterdiği de bilinmektedir.

The question of whether the concept of political socialisation is a social development covering only a historical period or whether it is a phenomenon that occurs spontaneously in certain periods of history may come to mind. Social science researches reveal that political culture is formed in every period of history. The study is limited to the process of creating the consciousness of political socialisation during the transition period from the early periods of the Republic to the multi-party system. The periods of transition from traditional social structure to political socialisation are discussed. In addition to the complexity of the social structure within its integrity, it is seen that there is a strong dynamism developing within the society itself. The interaction between the individual and the society is very intertwined in the adoption of value judgements and behavioural forms that develop within the society's own belief structure. Socialisation, which includes many relationships, has caused different differences of opinion among social scientists. In general terms, it has been observed that socialisation is related to the adoption of positive and negative behaviours. At the same time, it has served as a function that determines the status of the individual in society. It is also known that the harmony of society and the individual in different relationships can only develop within a superior cultural structure.
