HADİS HIRSIZLIĞININ YÖNTEMLERİ ve BOYUTLARI

Abstract

Hadis rivayetinde, hadis hırsızlığının doğurduğu sonuçlar üzerinde yeterince durulmadığını düşünmekteyiz. Bu doğrultuda, en azından problemin boyutlarını anlamak açısından bu çalışmayı gerekli gördük. Araştırmamızda, hadis hırsızlarının yöntemlerini ortaya koyarak, bunların bir hadisi nasıl meşhur hale getirebildiklerini göstermeye çalıştık. Ayrıca Kütüb-i sitte'de rivâyetleri bulunan ve sâriku'l-hadîs olarak nitelenen râvileri tespit etmek suretiyle, bunların rivâyetlerinin yeniden değerlendirilmesi gerektiğine dikkat çekmek istedik

We think there is ignorance about the consequence of hadith stealing and we ought to put more emphasis on this topic in hadith narratives. So at least we have seen this work is necessary to understand the dimension of problem. In our research, we tried to show how can the hadith thieves make a mumpsimus hadith to a famous form. Additionally, we wanted to draw attention to reappraise the narratives of the narrators, to identify who have narratives in Kutub al-sittah, and those who are known as the thief of hadith.
