ÇALIŞANLARIN TIBBİ ATIK BİLİNCİ DÜZEYİNİ BELİRLEMEYE YÖNELİK BİR ÇALIŞMA: MERZİFON DEVLET HASTANESİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Merzifon Devlet Hastanesi çalışanlarının gerek insan gerekse çevre için potansiyel bir tehdit olan tıbbi atıklarla ilgili bilinç düzeylerini ortaya koymak ve önerilerde bulunmaktır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Merzifon Devlet Hastanesi'nde çalışmakta olan 120 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada öncelikle literatür çalışması yapılmış olup daha sonra araştırma verilerini toplamak için hastane çalışanlarına gönüllülük esasına dayanan anket uygulanmıştır. Anket uygulaması sonucunda elde edilen veriler, SPSS 15.0 paket programında analiz edilmiş, elde edilen bulgular frekans dağılımı, korelasyon ve Anova analizi yöntemiyle yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır.

The aim of this study is to reveal the consciousness levels of the employees of Merzifon State Hospital about medical wastes, which is a potential threat for the human or the environment, and to make suggestions. The sample of the research consists of 120 people working at Merzifon State Hospital. Literature study was done firstly for the research and a questionnaire based on willingness was applied to hospital employees to collect research data later. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed in the SPSS 15.0 package program and the obtained findings were interpreted by frequency distribution, correlation and Anova analysis method.
