Okullarda sanatsal etkinliklerin planlanması ve yürütülmesinde karşılaşılan sorunlara ilişkin yönetici ve öğretmen görüşlerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Okullarda verilen eğitimle öğrenci başarısının artması hedeflenir ve bu hedef öğrenci, öğretmen, veli, okul yöneticisi hatta okul personellerinin de dâhil olduğu kolektif bir çalışmayla gerçekleşir. Bu başarının yanı sıra öğrencilerin hayata hazırlanmasında çeşitli okul faaliyetleri de etkili olmaktadır. Sanatsal etkinliklerle desteklenen eğitimde öğrencilerin sanatsal zevk ve tutumları gelişirken diğer taraftan da farklı bakış açıları kazanmaları sağlanır. Bu sebeple öğrencilerin sanatsal faaliyetlere katılımının sağlanmasında ne tür süreçlerden geçtiği, öğretmen ve okul yöneticilerinin bu anlamda ne tür bir çalışma programı hazırladığı, sanatsal faaliyetlere ne kadar zaman ayrıldığı bir araştırma konusu olmuştur. Belirli gün ve haftaların kutlaması ve anma törenleri yapılırken, okul kulüplerinin etkinlikleri yürütülürken okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerinin planlamaları ve bu planları oluştururken ne gibi sorunlarla karşılaştıkları incelenecektir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgu bilim deseninden faydalanılmış ve benzeşik (homojen) örneklem modeliyle 12 okul yöneticisi ve 12 öğretmenin tecrübelerine dayanarak konu ile ilgili ayrıntılı bir inceleme gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlkokul ve ortaokulda çalışan yönetici ve öğretmenlerin bu konu hakkındaki görüşleri görüşme yoluyla kaydedilmiş ve veriler analiz edilmiştir. Çıkan sonuçlara göre konu ile ilgili uygulanabilecek öneriler ortaya çıkarılmıştır.

It is aimed to increase student success with the education given in schools, and this goal is achieved through a collective effort involving students, teachers, parents, school administrators and even school personnel. In addition to this success, various school activities are also effective in preparing students for life. In the education supported by artistic activities, students' artistic taste and attitudes are developed, while on the other hand, it is ensured that they gain different perspectives. For this reason, it has been a research topic that what kind of processes the students go through in ensuring their participation in artistic activities, what kind of work program the teachers and school administrators prepare in this sense, how much time is allocated to artistic activities. While celebrating and commemorating certain days and weeks, while the activities of school clubs are being carried out, the planning of school administrators and teachers and the problems they encounter while creating these plans will be examined. In the study, phenomenology design, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used and a detailed examination was carried out based on the experiences of 12 school administrators and 12 teachers with a homogeneous sample model. The views of administrators and teachers working in primary and secondary schools on this subject were recorded through interviews and the data were analyzed. According to the results, suggestions that can be applied to the subject have been revealed.
