İzmit mebusu Hüseyin Sırrı Bellioğlu'nun Osmanlı son Mebusan Meclisi ve TBMMdönemi ( 1. ve 4. dönem ) meclis faaliyetleri

Abstract

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarihinde Meclis-î Mebûsan ile Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisinin geçirmiĢ olduğu evrelere yeteri kadar değinilmemiĢ olduğu bilinmektedir. Meclisler üzerine yapılan araĢtırmalar döneme ait siyasi, toplumsal ve ekonomi yapısının yansıtılmasını sağlamaktadır. Hüseyin Sırrı Bellioğlu da hayatı boyunca son Meclis-î Mebûsan‟da ve Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi‟nde iki dönem boyunca Ġzmit milletvekilliği görevini üstlenmiĢtir. Hüseyin Sırrı Bellioğlu, liberalizm destekli fikirleri benimseyerek ülkenin geliĢimi için konuĢmaları ile TBMM kürsüsünde desteğini tam bir Ģekilde göstermiĢtir. Devletin farklı statülerinde görev alan Hüseyin Sırrı Bellioğlu savunduğu düĢünceler ve bunları değerlendirmeye alması açısından tutarlı konuĢmaları ile önemli bir özelliğe sahiptir. Zabıt Cerideleri arĢiv belgeleri ve hatıralardan yararlanılarak ulaĢılan kaynaklarla Hüseyin Sırrı Bellioğlu‟nun dönem görevleri hakkında literatür eksikliğinin tamamlanması amaçlanmıĢtır.

It is known that the stages passed by the Parliament and the Grand National Assembly of Turkey in the history of the Republic of Turkey have not been sufficiently touched upon. Research conducted on assemblies provides a reflection of the political, social and economic structure of the period. Hüseyin Sırrı Bellioğlu has also served as an Izmit Deputy for two terms in the last Parliament and the Grand National Assembly of Turkey throughout his life. Hüseyin Sırrı Bellioğlu has fully shown his support on the Parliamentary podium with his speeches for the development of the country by adopting ideas supported by liberalism. Hüseyin Sırrı Bellioğlu, who has served in different statuses of the state, has an important feature with his consistent speeches in terms of the thoughts he defends and taking them into consideration. It is aimed to complete the lack of literature about Hüseyin Sırrı Bellioğlu's term duties with the sources obtained by using the records
