3 Numaralı Amasya Şer'iyye Sicili'nin transkripsiyon ve değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, 1634 – 1635 (H. 1044) yıllarına ait "3 No'lu Amasya Şer?iyye Sicili'nin transkripsiyonu yapılarak, defterde bulunan belgelerin konularına göre tasnifi ve değerlendirmesi üzerinde durulmuştur. Tez 3 kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Birinci kısımda ilk olarak Amasya tarihi hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiş, Şer?iyye Sicilleri'nin muhtevası ve genel özelliklerinden bahsedilmiş ve Şer?iyye Sicilleri'nin Osmanlı tarihi açısından önemine değinilmiştir. İkinci kısımda Amasya Şer?iyye Sicilleri ve 3 No'lu Amasya Şer?iyye Sicili hakkında bilgiler verilmiş ve kayıtların tasnifi ve değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır.Üçüncü kısımda ise belgelerin transkripsiyonu verilmiş ve tartışma başlığında merkezden eyalete gelen belgelerden elde edilen bilgiler ışığında Amasya'nın Revan seferi sırasında sefer organizasyonu üstesinden nasıl gelmeye çalıştığı örnekler verilerek açıklanmıştır. Bu bölümlerin dışında değerlendirme kısmından sonra sonuç bölümü, kaynakça ve son olarak ekler kısmında tezin orijinal belgeleri yer almaktadır. Okuyucuya kolaylık sağlaması için defterdeki her sayfa numarasının yanında kayıt numarası gösterilmiştir. Mesela 1/1, 1/2, 2/1, 2/2 gibi. Burada ilk rakam sayfa numarasına, ikinci rakam da kayıt numarasına işaret etmektedir. İncelenen şer?iyye sicili defterinin transkripsiyonu yapılırken günümüz Türkçesinin imlâ kuralları içinde hareket edilmekle birlikte, metinde Ayn (?) harfi (?), elif (?) ve hemze (?) harfleri (') işareti, uzatma ve inceltme harfleri ise (^) işareti ile gösterilmiştir. Yapılan transkripsiyonda okuma hataları en aza indirilmeye çalışılmış, okunamayan kelimeler … ile belgede kâtiplerin boş bıraktığı yerler (boşluk), okunup tam emin olunmayan kelimeler (?) işareti ile ifade edilmiştir.

In this thesis study, transcription of no 3 Amasya Sharias? Registry from 1634 – 1635 (H. 1044) it focused on grading and evaluation of the documents in the book. The thesis is consists of three parts. Giving brief information about history of Amasya in the first part, it mentioned content and general features of Sharias? Registry and touched upon importance of Sharias? Registry in terms of ottoman History. In the second part, giving informations about Amasya Sharias? Registry and no three Amasya Sharias? Registry and making classification and evaluation of records. In the third part, giving transcription of record, in the light of the information obtained from the documents coming from the center to the province in the title of discussion. How to overcome the organization of expeditions during the expedition of Amasya is explained by giving examples. Out of these sections after the part of the evaluation, the result section, bibliography and finally the supplementary documents of the thesis are included. The registration number is shown next to each page number in the notebook to help the reader 1/1, 1/2, 2/1, 2/2. The first number refers to the page number and the second number to the registration number in here. When transcription of the reviewed Sharias? Registry book is being made with the rules of Turkish spelling, Ayn (?) is shown with (?), elif (?) and hemze (?) are showed with apostrophe (') letters are showed with this sign (^). Attempts to minimize reading errors in transcription unread words are shown with … places where the clerks leave the speces are shown with (space) unclear words are shown with (?).
