dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to determine how often the chemistry teachers use teaching materials in their courses. This study has been carried out by employing case study approach. Twenty-seven chemistry teachers working in Amasya participated in the study. The questionnaire and observation techniques were applied to these teachers. The obtained data was compared relating to their gender, experience and faculty they graduated with t-test using SPSS statistical program. Questionnaire findings indicated that there were no differences between male and female teachers in terms of their level of using various teaching materials whereas there is a meaningful difference according to their faculty from which they graduated. The difference is in favour of education faculty graduates rather than art and science faculty. | en_US |
