Davlumbaz motorlarında istatistiksel enerji verimliliği analizi ve fuzzy topsis yöntemi ile tedarikçi seçimi

Bu çalışmada, mutfak ve benzeri yerlerde kullanılan davlumbazların motor tiplerine göre verimliliklerinin analizi yapılmış olup, kullanılan farklı motor tiplerinin, QBEP, PBEP ve WBEP gibi parametreleri nasıl etkilediğinin ve sonucunda akışkan dinamiği endeksinin (FDE) hesaplanmasında kullanımının istatistiksel ve karşılaştırmalı analizleri yapılmıştır. ILK FlowMeas programı ve EU 65/2014, 66/2014 enerji regülasyonlarında belirtilen hesaplama yöntemleri kullanılarak hesaplanmış, Minitab programı ile istatistiksel olarak analiz edilmiştir. Analiz ve karşılaştırma sonucunda farklı karakteristiklere ve farklı tedarikçilere sahip olan motorların tedarikçi seçiminde; kalite, sistem kapasitesi, finansal ve sevkiyat performansı kriterleri göz önüne alınarak Fuzzy TOPSİS yöntemi kullanılmış ve bulanık ortamlarda tedarikçi seçimi için karar verme mekanizması işletilmiştir. In this study, the efficiency of hoods used in kitchens and similar places according to engine types has been analyzed. Analysis of how different engine types affect parameters such as QBEP, PBEP and WBEP has been done. As a result, statistical and comparative analysis of fluid dynamics index (FDE) were done. Calculated using FlowMeas program and calculation methods specified in EU 65/2014, 66/2014 energy regulations. It was statistically analyzed with Minitab program. As a result of analysis and comparison, In the supplier selection of motor with different characteristics and different suppliers; quality, system capacity, financial and shipping performance criteria were examined. Fuzzy TOPSİS method was used.decision making mechanism has been operated for supplier selection in fuzzy environments.
