Lime is one of the oldest binder material used for concrete production. In this study, the shielding properties of gamma-rays by Quicklime concretes have been investigated for concretes containing different rates of wood ash, kufenki stones, disbudak tree leaf juice and water. Measurements performed using a gamma spectrometer that contains an NaI(T1) detector and MCA at 662, 1173 and 1332 keV.
